Southeast Asian Tour

In the early part of the second semester of 2011 prior to her 60th anniversary, XGMA launched a series of activities of XGMA CARE. This was their tour of the XGMA distribution network in selected countries in the Southeast Asian Region.  The team reached out to the customers through the dealers with the XGMA Core Values “Creative, Courageous, Responsible and Excellent”.
There is intense competition in the national and international level in the construction machinery market. To get ahead of competition, XGMA is faced with the problem of how to get new development and new ideas in the industry. This prompted the XGMA Overseas Marketing Team to plan and implement periodical and strategic activities of the XGMA Care Program. This includes getting closer to customers, knowing their actual needs, solving the problems incurred in the equipment operation and disseminating maintenance information. By doing the overseas tour, the team aimed to actively care for its customers, meet their demands, exceed their expectations, and extend gratitude and feedback to truly respond to the XGMA Core Values.
The overseas visits through the dealers were aimed to extend gratitude and feedback from big and important clients as well as potential ones. This was done through product and image publicity and promotion, training of dealers and service personnel and customer/terminal user visits. The team also made sure to improve the Overseas 4S Stores/Dealers’ ability of management operation and sales promotion.  
The team consisted of technicians and marketing elites from: Wheel Loader Department, Road Construction Machinery Department, Mini Machinery Department, Forklift Truck Department.
